The Business Profile is the box that appears on Google and Maps when someone searches for you. This is what I do with it, and what I leave to you.
I keep the basics right: opening hours (including holiday hours), phone number, website link, business categories, services, and your photos. Wrong hours and old phone numbers are the commonest way a listing costs a business customers.
Google controls what finally shows. Some changes are reviewed by Google before they appear, and that part is out of my hands.
Short updates on your profile: a seasonal offer, a job you finished, a tip, a notice about hours. Posts show people the business is open and active. I write them from what you tell me about your business, in plain language.
When a review comes in, I draft a reply and send it to you. Nothing is posted until you approve it. You can approve it, change it, or choose not to reply.
